When I open the program templates in InDesign, I am given a prompt telling me that the template contains unavailable fonts. What should I do? (Mac users)
If you are using Windows, you will be able to simply right-click the file and select Open With > InDesign. If you are using a Mac, you will have to right click on the file, then select "Open With" > "Other..." which should open your applications folder. Then at the bottom, under the "Enable" dropdown menu, you will need to select "All Applications," which will then allow you to open it with InDesign.

When I open the program templates in InDesign, I am given a prompt telling me that the template contains unavailable fonts. What should I do? (Mac users)
You will need to replace the existing font with another font that is available on your computer, and we will replace it with the correct font once your program is sent in to be approved. If possible, take care to ensure that you replace the regular text with a regular font and the italic text with an italic font.

I need to add pages to one of the sections in my program, what is the best way to do this?
The best way to add pages to a section while maintaining proper formatting and text wrapping is as follows:
- Click the “Pages” tab on the right side of the InDesign interface and locate the last page of the section you need to extend. Duplicate this page and delete all of the text from the new duplicate page.
- On the top left of the interface, select the black selection arrow tool. Use this tool to select the small red plus sign at the bottom of the text box you need to extend, and then click into the text box on the new duplicate page. The text from the old text box should then wrap into the new one, maintaining correct formatting.
Note: You need to do this process twice in the “Texts and Translations” section. Once for the original text box and once for the translations text box.

I submitted my concert materials late. Will they still be printed/displayed?
Yes, depending on the date of submission and amount of editing required. We do our best to ensure professionalism in print materials, so if a program is sent the night before or the day of the concert, they may not be printed in time for the concert. Performers will still receive their own digital copy for archive purposes.
