Zachary Gilbertson

Administrative Assistant II (Instrumental Studies)

Zachary is excited to begin work at the Texas State University School of Music. Before coming to Texas State, Zachary taught Tuba/Euphonium at Terrell ISD and Garland ISD. Zac received his Master of Music in Instrumental Performance & Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to that, he graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Music Education degree. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at TXST. Zac is also a brother of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. In his free time, he enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys. Zac lives in San Marcos with his two guinea pigs.
