Scholarships

We have very limited funds available for camp participants.  To help keep costs down, it is recommended that you pursue community support through local businesses and fundraisers.  However, each year we award several merit-based tuition scholarships:

Participants from the 2024 All-State Orchestras are eligible for a tuition credit (not including room and board).  If you were a member of one of the 2024 All-State Orchestras, please contact the TSUSC Office at 512.245.3377 for more information. This scholarship applies to the public school All-State Orchestras.

At the final concert on Saturday June 22nd, 2024, we will present the winners of the Fred Willrich Memorial Scholarship and the Sam Talamantes Award with partial tuition scholarships for the 2025 Texas State String Camp. Some restrictions apply to these awards. Please contact the camp administration for further details.
