Dr. Sam H. Flippin joins the School of Music as Assistant Professor of Music Education and director of the University String Project. Before coming to Texas State, Dr. Flippin taught courses at Texas Woman’s University and the University of North Texas. He earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees in music education from UNT.
